Dear Congressman Owens,

I just discovered that redistricting now puts my home in your district. Before I go to the polls this election I would like to know your feelings on the repeal of the DMCA that congress passed in 1998. To date this ill conceived law has found no legitimate purpose, but it has been abused to stifle free speech and to encroach on the fourth amendment rights of citizens of this nation.
